Between the years 369 AH and 372 AH (about 982 AD) the process of reconstruction and construction of the two holy shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and al-Abbas (peace be upon both of them) started after the order of the Prime Minister of the Abbasid State in Baghdad; Rukn dawla al-Buwayhi. This work is produced by the animation unit of the al-Kafeel Network/ Department of the Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
